Terms

Terms of use

Plain language, no traps. This page explains what GrabBroll gives you, what it does not, and what we each agree to.

Last updated: July 2026

The short version. GrabBroll is a free search tool that runs in your browser with your own API keys. We do not host the footage, we do not license it to you, and we cannot promise it will always work. Use it sensibly, read the licence on every clip you take, and we will get along fine.

1

Agreeing to these terms

By using GrabBroll you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the tool. If you are using GrabBroll for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

You must be at least 13 years old to use GrabBroll.

2

What GrabBroll actually is

GrabBroll is a search and discovery tool. It takes your script or your keyword, asks the stock libraries you have connected, and shows you what they return.

It is not a stock library. We do not own, host, upload, or store any footage or images. Every clip you see belongs to the source it came from.

3

Your keys, your accounts

GrabBroll runs on your own API keys. You are responsible for getting them, keeping them safe, and following the terms of each service you connect.

Your keys are saved in your browser, not with us. If you lose them, share them, or leave them on a shared computer, that is outside our control. See our privacy page for exactly what is stored and where.

4

Costs are yours

Some services are free, some charge. AI providers bill per request, and Storyblocks needs a paid plan. Any charge on your accounts is between you and that provider. GrabBroll never bills you and never sees your invoices, so please watch your own usage.

Licensing is between you and the source

GrabBroll does not grant you any licence to any clip. The licence comes from Pexels, Pixabay, or Storyblocks, under their terms, not ours.

The badge on each card is a convenience, not legal advice. Before you publish anything, check the licence on the source page yourself, especially for commercial work, ads, thumbnails, or anything involving people, brands, or logos.

If a clip gets you a copyright claim, a strike, or a takedown, that is between you and the source that licensed it.

6

How you may use the tool

Use GrabBroll for your own creative work. Please do not:

  • Hammer it with automated scripts, bots, or bulk scraping
  • Try to break, probe, or overload the site or its server route
  • Use it for anything illegal, or for content that harms other people
  • Resell it, rebrand it, or pass it off as your own product
  • Work around the limits of any connected service, or use keys that are not yours

If you do any of this, we may block your access without notice.

7

Availability and changes

GrabBroll is free and offered as is. We may change features, add or remove sources, pause the tool, or shut it down at any time.

The tool also depends on services we do not control. If Pexels changes an endpoint, if Storyblocks refuses a request, or if an AI provider goes down, parts of GrabBroll will stop working until they come back.

8

What belongs to us

The GrabBroll name, logo, interface, code, and copy belong to us. You may use the tool, but that does not give you the right to copy the product, resell it, or build a clone from it.

9

Other companies named here

Pexels, Pixabay, Storyblocks, Anthropic, OpenAI, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook are named only to describe what GrabBroll connects to or who it is for.

GrabBroll is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. All trademarks belong to their owners.

10

No warranty

GrabBroll is provided as is and as available, with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise the tool will be accurate, uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Search results come from other companies. We do not check, endorse, or take responsibility for what they return, including whether a clip is correctly labelled or correctly licensed.

11

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost work, lost income, lost footage, copyright claims, API charges on your accounts, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of GrabBroll.

GrabBroll is free, so there are no fees to refund. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12

Ending your use

You can stop using GrabBroll whenever you like. Clear your browser data and nothing of yours remains. We may also suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

13

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If any clause here is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.

14

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the tool grows. The date at the top of this page changes when we do. If you keep using GrabBroll after a change, you accept the updated terms.
